During the last 20 years at Oracle Corporation, VMware and Flexera, Christian had mostly VP Sales roles. He acquired a solid experience building Software businesses from scratch to 30-50 M€, recruiting and growing performing Pan-European teams from a few to 50-100 people. In 2015, Christian was awarded Leader of the year at Flexera.

In his current position at Oakland-Partners, Christian can help leaders of Start Ups or Scale Ups to assess the strength of their business model and help them define a proper marketing and sales plan to get the attention of investors for the next round. A well thought execution plan is often the key ingredient to success.

Christian graduated from leading Business school ESCP Europe and European College in Bruges.

In his spare time, Christian likes to pilot small planes where planning and anticipation are important like in investing.
